Tim has held key leadership roles at America’s foremost leaders in operations, marketing and customer service. With more then 25 years of experience including call centers, work at home, near shore, and offshore operations.  Tim has an in depth knowledge of telephony, technology, people, quality and costs associated with customer service operations.

Based in Boca Raton, and prior to taking the helm at BAMG Tim has championed customer service and world class operation efforts at American Icon’s like Office Depot, American Express and Jostens.  Tim is a legend in the industry and has a wealth of knowledge to leverage when it comes to managing large complex customers with multiple offices around the globe.  If you want to build a company with repeatable systems and processes to delight and keep your customers, no-one knows how to do it better than Tim!
