Scott has held leadership roles for Fortune 500 organizations and start-ups, and is a motivational leader known for clearly defining mission and goals, aligning people and resources, and consistently delivering results that exceed expectations. Scott is particularly adept at achieving team buy-in, change management and attracting and retaining top talent.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Scott has a long and successful record of helping clients with strategy and other general management challenges. He has particular depth working with significant clients across the consumer packaged goods and food & beverage industries and at the intersection of product development, marketing, advertising and technology, but draws upon a variety of cross-industry experience as well.
Prior to joining BAMG, Scott held leadership roles with industry giants like Jarden, Office Depot and Rust-Oleum Corporation (RPM, Inc). He also helped the Swiss start-up, Flatev, establish manufacturing and distribution in the United States. Scott is an expert in consumer packaged goods, durable goods, the food & beverage industry, retail distribution, and industrial goods sold through both the B2C and B2B channels in global markets.
